Sunday Night Restorative Yoga @ Decatur Yoga & Pilates

Relax and unwind with restorative yoga. In this deeply meditative practice we use blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support the body in a variety of yoga poses. The postures are held anywhere from 3 – 10 minutes to release muscular tension and ease the mind. The health benefits are numerous and may include lower blood pressure, improved digestion, and increased transfer of oxygen from cell to cell. Great for anyone who is tired and stressed out.
