Offerings

Historically, yoga was passed down from generation to generation, one person at a time. An intimate relationship was then built between the teacher and student. Today, yoga is often learned in groups, affording opportunities to grow a lively sangha community. Private sessions honor the historical practice as well as provide space for exploration of personal spiritual values.

Everybody can enjoy yoga. There is no physical requirement other than a desire to experience the pleasure of gentle movement and attention to breath. Private sessions are tailored to your specific needs and facilitated with nurturing guidance and gentle humor in an atmosphere of mutual respect and non-judgment. People of all shapes, sizes, abilities, and levels of experience are always welcome.
